Return Policy:  RYJACK thoroughly hopes that you are happy with your order. Due to the heavily discounted nature of our items, we have a limited return policy. We do not place a warranty above and beyond the manufacturers warranty on any of the items we sell. After seven (7) business days all sales are final.

If You Change Your Mind If you decide that you do not want the product that you received, and the product was listed correctly, you have seven (7) days to contact us for a return authorization. After seven (7) days all sales are final. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price is applicable.

Original shipping charges are non refundable. New items must not have been used or have any visible marks. Used items must be clean and in same condition received. RYJACK understands that a customer may error in bidding. If you bid on an item and do not want it a 15% relisting fee is applicable. Damages in Shipping Unfortunately, sometimes items are damaged in shipping. If you received a damaged item please contact us and we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf. There are several options available to the customer when this happens, just call us, and we will be more than happy to work with you in order to come to the best possible resolution.

Incorrect Item Received:  On very infrequent occasions an error may occur. RYJACK will work diligently to resolve the issue once you contact us. If you have received the incorrect product, please call 1-937-286-5144 and we will either replace the product if our inventory has the correct item or refund your full purchase price including shipping. Please have the incorrect item / box with you when you call so we can verify inventory number received.

Inadvertent Misrepresentation As a power seller with a 100% positive feedback rating, our experienced listing agents typically undervalue item to insure there is not any misrepresentation. Honesty is our staple of excellence. Please read condition ratings and description completely before contacting RYJACK. If you feel that we have misrepresented an item, please contact us within seven days. The customer is responsible for the returning product. Once received, RYJACK will re-evaluate the item and determine if there in fact was a listing error. If an error was made on our part, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping within 24 hours of receipt of the item. If it is determined that an error representing the item was not to have been made on our part, we will return the item to the winning bidder.

Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from RYJACK.  You should contact RYJACK to resolve any questions before bidding.

There are four options to consider if a customer makes a bidding error:

1. The customer may purchase the item.
2. The customer may choose and bid on and win an alternate item from our ebay store.
3. The customer may choose to neither buy the item nor choose an alternate item. In this case a relisting fee is applicable. The relisting fee depends on the amount the item sold for. To pay the relisting fee with credit card or PayPal please contact RYJACK at 1-937-286-5144. The relisting fee is the only way we can recover our fees charged to us from ebay. Once the relisting fee is paid positive feedback is left for the customer and any Non Paying Bidder warnings will be removed. Option four is the last resort.
4. The customer may not want either of the previous options. In this case the only way we can recover our fees from ebay is to file a Non Paying Bidder (NPB) complaint with ebay.
