Shipping
Shipping is through Thai Post Office and includes both Tracking Information
and Insurance. All item ship within 1-3 business day after payment clears.
If you upgrade to Express shipping, we will ship you package within 48 hours.
Fedex, DHL and USPS is available upon request but the extra shipping will be charge.
Delivery time is 7-14 days for air mail and 3-5 days for express shipping. International
shipping may delay due to custom which is out of our control.
Buyer will pay a flat fee depending on the 3 locations noted.

NORTH AND SOUTH AMERICA: 12$ per item and 7$ per extra item
for combined shipping.
EUROPE, AFRICA, OCEANIA: 11$ per item and 6$ per extra item
for combined shipping.
ASIA:10$ per item and 5$ per extra item
for combined shipping.
Express shipping is 29$ for 1-5 posters or upto 500g.
Combined Shipping
Zon Gallery is very welcome to combined shipping for the item that end within 10 days.
Please send the request total invoice after you finished all buying and want us to combine shipping.
You can also adjust your invoice by adding shipping discount by yourself but if we don't get enought
shipping cost, the item will be hold until the correction is made. In the other hand, if you pay full
shipping without request us to combine them, over paid shipping will be refunded via paypal.
If all items in your combination are not the same shipping cost,
initial S&H will take from the highest S&H items and S&H for the rest items will be add-on.
Due to specific size of package, poster item can be add-on with poster item only.
Payment
Zon Gallery accept payment by paypal, money order, cashier check, and personal check.
If you didn't pay by paypal, only USD and Thai Baht currency are accepted.
When paying with paypal you can pay in any currency.
Sending money by mail may takes time and unsecure. Zon Gallery is located in Thailand
which all the payment have to send here. All mail out payment will be your own responsibilities.
Please make sure to reference your item number or your Ebay User ID
on your check payments. This will ensure fast processing of your payment.
We expect payment within 7 days of auction close.

Tracking
We will email you the tracking number within 36 hours after the item shipped.
By now, air mail shipping by Thai Post Office have tracking online system available for international
express shipping and register mail within Thailand only. International register mail can be track by
sending the request of postal investigation on the website only.

Insurance
Zon Gallery included insurance in shipping and handling cost for all item.
All package will ship as register mail(signature require) which are garanteed of lost item.
Even though damaging can't be insured by Thai post office, Zon Gallery offer FULL refund
or replacement at no extra cost.
If you don't want insurance or want us to ship to P.O. Box address,
items will no longer be in our responsibilities since an item was mail out.
(Requesting as " Just leave the package at your door" will be non-insurance item.)
Non-insurance item can't be claimed for discount shipping.
Unclaimed and returned item is buyer responsibility and reship will be under buyer expense for S&H.
Instead of reship, refund can be made for item price only. Shipping is not refundable in this case.
Please be aware that item may arrived when you are not home and you may ignore the post office note.
Normally, item shall be kept at your local post office for a while to pick up before return to us.
Return Policy
We stand by the quality of our merchandise and describe our products with all honesty. If our item
is not as described or was damaged during delivery, return should be done within 30 days
for full refund or replacement. Due to high shipping cost for international buyer, in some case
photo proof may be done instead of mailing the item back to us.
