This is a collectible record, From the Harlem Globetrotters--Magicians of Basketball!!
The song is Sweet Georgia Brown. Featuring Brother Bones. The B side is 'Black Eyed Susan Brown'
There are a couple of superficial scratches on the record, seen in the second pic. They are not deep scratches. The hole for the record is an odd size.
The cover is in pretty good condition. One side does have a mark where there must have been a piece of tape stuck to it. And then someone must have sold it at a garage sale once, cause there is a '10c' price written in marker (fools!)
This reminds me of my youth, when the Globetrotters were super popular!
