1947 Wheaties Comic Ad - Ed Krause - Notre Dame Coach

Up for auction is a Wheaties ad from a 1947 "DC Comics" comic book. Head Basketball Coach Ed Krause of Notre Dame University. Reads: One of N.D.'s most famous athletes, "Moose" Krause, won all-american rating in both basketball and football. He is the only "Irish" athlete to be voted a trophy by the student body. Ad is in geat shape as you can see in photo. The bottom left corner is only folded over. On the bottom it reads "Wheaties" and "Breakfast of Champions" are registered trade marks of General Mills, Inc. It measures 7" x 10.25".
